PLEASE NOTE: Like many small, independently owned businesses, we are experiencing rising costs in several areas of our operations. To continue providing the best possible service, a price adjustment will take effect for all stays from 1st February 2026. We remain committed to offering exceptional care and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Our prices advertised below are for clients to use as a guideline – for a personalised quote please complete our Boarding Request form with all your individual requirements and dates.
Our Boarding Rates include everything your Pet needs during their stay:
Food and Stainless Steel Bowls – we feed Super Premium Dry Diets (Royal Canin, Advance, Hills Science Diet). We do keep other food varieties on hand for specific needs or our fussy eaters. If your pet is on a Veterinary Prescribed Diet you will need to provide this for the duration of their stay.
Meal times – all our guests are separated and/or supervised at meal times (including same family dogs) to ensure all pets are able to enjoy their meals in peace and can be monitored for any dietary issues.
Bedding – We provide every pet with their own comfy bed with freshly cleaned bedding.
Complimentary twice daily access to a grass yard for playtimes, exercise and toileting.
Complimentary pats and cuddles.
Complimentary hydrobath for stays 3 nights or longer.
Additional Charges may apply for extra services we provide. Please refer to pricing schedule below. Our Care Team are happy to discuss any concerns or additional needs your pet may have and explain any additional charges that may apply to your pet’s needs.
BOARDING
Rates are per Calendar day – this means the number of days booked include the day of check-in and the day of check-out as your pets are still attended to on both these days.
*Please Note – Easter & Christmas Bookings: There is a minimum 4 day charge for any stays inclusive of the Easter Long Weekend (Good Friday through to Easter Monday) and a minimum 7 day charge for any stays inclusive of 23rd December to 4th January – Please consider this before booking*
To minimise disruption to the Pets in our care and their daily routines while holidaying at our Pet Resort, our closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making travel plans.

Our Gates are Locked before 8.00am, Between 10.00am and 3.00pm and after 5.00pm. There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS during these times. When checking Pets into our Resort, please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to our session closing time (8.00-9.45am or 3.00-4.45pm) to check your pets in, update details and finalise payment. | $100.00 |
