Unfortunately, due to the increasing prices from our suppliers and government we have had to implement a change to our pricing structure.
We have tried to make the impact on our valued clients as minimal as possible and will still provide the exceptional level of service and care our clients and their pets deserve.

Our prices advertised below are for clients to use as a guideline – for a personalised quote please complete our Boarding Request form with all your individual requirements and dates.
Shared Accommodation is available for social, friendly dogs holidaying on their own who enjoy the company of a friend and are therefore able to share a room with another buddy of similar age, size and temperament. Dogs are supervised and tested together prior to sharing to find the right match.
If we feel your dog is unsuitable to have a buddy, you will be advised that they will require solo accommodation.
Solo Accommodation is for dogs who prefer their own space for whatever reason (not all dogs requiring Solo Accommodation is due to aggressive behaviour – our Qualified Staff handle dogs of all temperaments and varying behavioural concerns).
Dogs in solo accommodation still receive all their daily playtimes, exercise and cuddles but will not mix with other dogs during their holiday.
Booking Deposits – We do not always require a deposit for Off Peak stays, but would appreciate notification of any changes or cancellations as soon as you become aware of the change.
During Peak School Holiday Periods, Easter and the Christmas/New Year period a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment is required on Check-In and we are unable to issue refunds for early returns.
Our Boarding Rates include everything your Pet needs during their stay:
Food and Stainless Steel Bowls – we feed Super Premium Dry Diets (Royal Canin, Advance, Hills Science Diet). We do keep other food varieties on hand for specific needs or our fussy eaters. If your pet is on a Veterinary Prescribed Diet you will need to provide this for the duration of their stay.
Meal times – all our guests are separated and/or supervised at meal times (including same family dogs) to ensure all pets are able to enjoy their meals in peace and can be monitored for any dietary issues.
Bedding – We provide every pet with their own comfy bed with freshly cleaned bedding.
Complimentary twice daily access to a grass yard for playtimes, exercise and toileting.
Complimentary pats and cuddles.
Complimentary hydrobath for stays 3 nights or longer.
Additional Charges may apply for extra services we provide. Please refer to pricing schedule below. Our staff are happy to discuss any concerns or additional needs your pet may have and explain any additional charges that may apply to your pet’s needs.
BOARDING
Rates are per Calendar day – this means the number of days booked include the day of check-in and the day of check-out as your pets are still attended to on both these days.
Our Qualified Staff care for your pets 365 days a year. To compensate for the increased costs during Peak Periods and on Public Holidays we do have a Surcharge for all gazetted school and public holidays.
The balance of your Boarding Fees are due on arrival and can be made by Cash (Correct Change is appreciated.) EFTPOS Facilities are available.
Discount Vouchers are not valid during School Holidays unless otherwise advertised. Gift Certificates may be used anytime.
To minimise disruption to the Pets in our care and their daily routines while holidaying at our Pet Resort, our closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making travel plans.
