New Clients can download and complete our Boarding Client Forms prior to arrival to save time on Check In.
You are welcome to complete the form and bring along or you can scan and email back to us directly along with images of your Pet’s Vaccination Certificates.

Your Pets’ Vaccination Certificate/s must be emailed to us PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

This can be either Photo or PDF format but must clearly show the DATE, TYPE & BRAND of Vaccination, your Pet’s NAME and the Administering Vet Clinic.
Information regarding our Vaccination Policy is available on our website.
Any pet not adhering to our Vaccination Policy will be refused entry.
Vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days prior to arrival at our Pet Resort. 

Any pet entering our Pet Resort without adequate Flea AND Tick protection will be treated prior to entering the kennel/cattery area at the owner’s expense. 
(Comfortis, Panoramis and Sentinel do not provide tick protection – single dose tick preventatives may be purchased upon check in)
Any pet witnessed to be affected by worms or any other parasites during their stay will be treated accordingly at the owner’s expense.

Don’t forget to advise us if your pet is on any medication (prior to arrival) or has any peculiarities. 

All pets staying at the Pet Resort are fed Super Premium foods.

Any pets on a special or prescription diet from their vet should contact us to discuss your pets’ needs.


Please allow approximately 15 minutes to check your pets in, update details and finalise payment.

We are Open By Appointment for Arrivals & Departures

Morning Sessions from 8.00am to 10.00am

Afternoon Sessions from 3.00pm to 5.00pm

When checking Pets into our Resort, please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to our session closing time.

To minimise disruption to the Pets in our care and their daily routines while holidaying at our Pet Resort, our closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making travel plans. While Staff are on site at all times to care for Pets, our office is only manned during our advertised hours and a “Late Fee” may be charged for Arrivals and Departures outside our normal opening hours.

Closed Public Holidays – Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day.

While Staff are on site at all times to care for Pets, our office is only manned during our advertised hours and A “LATE FEE” Will be charged.
Our Gates are Locked 
before 8.00am, Between 10.00am and 3.00pm and after 5.00pm. There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS during these times.
When checking Pets into our Resort, please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to our session closing time (8.00-9.45am or 3.00-4.45pm) to check your pets in, update details and finalise payment.
We do not offer an “OUT OF HOURS” Service.
