NEW CLIENTS – For the safety and wellbeing of all Pets in our care and to ensure your Pets have a stress free and fun holiday with us, you will be required to book a “Trial Stay” for your Dog/s prior to making a Peak Booking (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays) to assess suitability for Buddy Share, Socialisation Behaviours and to familiarise Pets with our Staff and Routines prior to an upcoming stay.
A Behaviour Assessment Stay is 2 full days (1 overnight) during our Off Peak times and is charged at our Standard Boarding Rates.

REMEMBER – Pet’s receive twice daily playtimes free of charge
and dogs staying 3 nights or more will receive a complimentary hydrobath prior to going home.

With a large number of Pets in our care during the Easter Holiday Period, to minimise disruption to their daily routines our session closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making their travel plans.
LATE Arrivals or Departures will occur at $100.00 Fee.
(Arriving onsite at or after 10.00am or 5.00pm)
We Do Not Offer an Out of Hours Service.
Our Gates are LOCKED outside of our Normal Opening Hours (8.00-10.00am and 3.00-5.00pm)
When Checking your Pets in please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our session closing times.
*Please note: Deposits for EASTER LONG WEEKEND stays are not refundable and bookings without a deposit may be removed from our system due to Peak Demand
