PLEASE NOTE: Like many small, independently owned businesses, we are experiencing rising costs in several areas of our operations. To continue providing the best possible service, a price adjustment will take effect for all stays from 1st February 2026. We remain committed to offering exceptional care and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support

Buddy Share: A discounted Daily Rate for Single or Family Dogs who are social, respectful and enjoy the company of friends and are therefore able to share a room with others of similar age, size and temperament. Dogs are supervised and tested together prior to sharing to find the right match.
If we feel your dog is unsuitable to have a buddy, you will be advised that they will require solo/single family accommodation.
Same Family Pets will always be housed together unless requested by the Owner or deemed unsuitable for co-share.

NEW CLIENTS – For the safety and wellbeing of all Pets in our care and to ensure your Pets have a stress free and fun holiday with us, Owners are required to book a “Trial Stay” for your Dog/s prior to making a Peak Booking (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays) to assess suitability for Buddy Share, Socialisation Behaviours and to familiarise Pets with our Staff and Routines prior to an upcoming stay.
A Behaviour Assessment Stay is 2 full days (1 overnight) during our Off Peak times and is charged at our Standard Boarding Rates.
Single Family Kennel: For Family Dogs living in the same household who are happiest sharing together but will not buddy with any other dogs during their stay.
Single Family dogs who are social, respectful and enjoy the company of friends can still enjoy mixed playtimes with other social, friendly dogs in boarding of similar age, size and temperament. Dogs are supervised and tested together prior to mixed exercise/playtimes to find the right match. Owners will be advised if their Dog/s are unsuitable for mixed playtimes and can request we do/do not test or mix their dogs.
Same Family Pets will always be housed together unless deemed unsuitable for co-share in a kennel environment.

Private/Solo Kennel: For dogs who prefer their own space for any reason (not all dogs requiring Solo Accommodation is due to aggressive behaviour – our Qualified Staff handle dogs of all temperaments, varying behavioural concerns and physical limitations).
Dogs in solo accommodation still receive twice daily playtimes, exercise and cuddles but will not mix with other dogs during their holiday, unless they are from the same family and at the owner’s request.

Cat Accommodation Options
Private Condo: For Cats who prefer their own space. We do not mix cats from different families. Cats from the same family may still like their own space or need to be separated due to dietary, medical or physical reasons.
Family Condo: For Family Cats living in the same household who are happiest sharing together.
Same Family Cats will always be housed together unless deemed unsuitable for co-share in a cattery environment.

Birds, Pocket Pets and Other Small Animals
We can cater for a variety of pets ranging from Budgies and Parrots to Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and Ferrets.

(Prices can range from $5.00 to $10.00 per day)
Rates
Rates are charged per Calendar day – this means the number of days booked include the day of check-in and the day of check-out as your pets are still attended to on both these days.
Booking Deposits – We do not always require a deposit for Off Peak stays, but would appreciate notification of any changes or cancellations as soon as you become aware of the change. Bookings marked as “No Show” may be required to pay in full for future bookings ahead of time.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for all first time customers, during Peak School Holiday Periods, Easter and the Christmas/New Year period.
Payment is required in full on Check-In and we are unable to issue refunds or credits for early returns.
Our Boarding Rates include everything your Pet needs during their stay:
Food and Stainless Steel Bowls – we feed Super Premium Dry Diets (Royal Canin, Advance, Hills Science Diet). We do keep other food varieties on hand for specific needs or our fussy eaters. If your pet is on a Veterinary Prescribed Diet you will need to provide this for the duration of their stay.
Meal times – all our guests are separated and/or supervised at meal times (including same family dogs) to ensure all pets are able to enjoy their meals in peace and can be monitored for any dietary anomalies.
Bedding – We provide every pet with their own clean, comfy bed. Owners are welcome to bring items from home, however please note while all care is taken, we cannot guarantee its safe return. While it is rare, items can be chewed, torn or otherwise ruined in Buddy and Family Share.
Complimentary twice daily access to a grass yard for playtimes, exercise and toileting.
Complimentary pats and cuddles.
Complimentary hydrobath for stays 3 nights or longer. Nail Clips can be added for an additional fee.
Additional Charges may apply for extra services we provide. Please refer to pricing schedule below. Our staff are happy to discuss any concerns or additional needs your pet may have and explain any additional charges that may apply to your pet’s needs.
*Please Note – Easter & Christmas Bookings: There is a minimum 4 day charge for any stays inclusive of the Easter Long Weekend (Good Friday through to Easter Monday) and a minimum 7 day charge for any stays inclusive of 20th December to 6th January – Please consider this before booking*
Our Qualified Staff care for your pets 365 days a year. To compensate for the increased costs during Peak Periods and on Public Holidays we do have a Surcharge for all gazetted school holidays (this also includes the first and last day of school) and public holidays.
The balance of your Boarding Fees are due on arrival and can be made by Cash or EFTPOS. Direct Deposits/Bank Transfers need to be finalised prior to arrival.
To minimise disruption to the Pets in our care and their daily routines while holidaying at our Pet Resort, our closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making travel plans. We do not offer an Out Of Hours Service.

Our Gates are Locked before 8.00am, Between 10.00am and 3.00pm and after 5.00pm. There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS during these times. When checking Pets into our Resort, please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to our session closing time (8.00-9.45am or 3.00-4.45pm) to check your pets in, update details and finalise payment. |
