A Non Refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Pet’s Accommodation.
$100.00 Per Pet for Cats & Dogs in Shared Accommodation
50% of the Fee for Dogs in Private Accommodation

NEW CLIENTS – For the safety and wellbeing of all Pets in our care and to ensure your Pets have a stress free and fun holiday with us, you will be required to book a “Trial Stay” for your Dog/s prior to making a Peak Booking (Christmas/New Year, Easter, School Holidays) to assess suitability for Buddy Share, Socialisation Behaviours and to familiarise Pets with our Staff and Routines prior to an upcoming stay.
A Behaviour Assessment Stay is 2 full days (1 overnight) during our Off Peak times and is charged at our Standard Boarding Rates. Click to read more about booking a Behaviour Assessment Stay.
We ask all families to familiarise themselves with our Vaccination Policy available to view here and remind owners that Pet’s not routinely vaccinated every year may be refused entry. We may request previous vaccination certificates to verify your pet’s status and history. All vaccination certificates are required to be emailed to us prior to confirming any booking.

Dogs from $33.00 per day (Shared Accommodation)
or $150.00 per day Private Accommodation
Cats just $25.00 per day (Private Accommodation)
or $46.00 per day Shared (2 Cats – Same Family only)
REMEMBER – Pet’s receive twice daily playtimes free of charge
and dogs staying 3 nights or more will receive a complimentary hydrobath prior to going home.
*Discount Vouchers are Not Valid during School Holiday or Peak Periods

With a large number of Pets in our care during the Christmas Holiday Period, to minimise disruption to their daily routines our session closing times are SHARP and we kindly ask our Clients to consider this when making their travel plans.
LATE Arrivals or Departures will occur at $75.00 Fee.
(Arriving Onsite AT or AFTER 10.00am or 5.00pm)
Our Gates are LOCKED outside of our Normal Opening Hours (8.00-10.00am and 3.00-5.00pm)
When Checking your Pets in please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our session closing times.
*Please note: Deposits for Christmas/Peak stays are not refundable and bookings without a deposit may be removed from our system due to Peak Demand

A Boarding Request email will be sent for all bookings detailing dates, quotes and deposit requirements.
Please ensure you review all the information and contact us as soon as possible should you require any date changes. Once Bookings are confirmed payment will be due for all booked days.
To avoid being refused entry on arrival please ensure you familiarise yourself with our Vaccination Policy and Opening Hours.
